Returns

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Swimwears and swimming accessories are non returnable and non exchangeable. Please read our return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item, you can request an exchange by following these steps:

• You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate an exchange, please log in to your account on our Shopify website and navigate to the "Orders" section. Click on the order containing the item you want to exchange, and follow the prompts to initiate the exchange process.
• After initiating the exchange, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including the address to which you should send the item.
• Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will ship the new item to you. Any price difference will be handled according to the original payment method.
• The orders for swim wears, swim accessories and lingerie type costumes are non- refundable and non-exchangeable dute to hygiene related reasons. You shall check the size chart for your body size before placing the orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs.

Please note that this policy is applicable only for purchases made directly through our website. If you have purchased MEGASKA products from other retail market places, please refer to their respective return and exchange policies.
