1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only within India, to all serviceable pin codes. You can check delivery to your pin code on any product page.
2. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch for most locations. Some remote areas may take a few days longer. All orders are dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
4. Shipping Costs: FREE shipping on all orders, irrespective of order value.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking link by WhatsApp and email so you can follow your package.
- You can also see your order status at any time in My Account.
6. Delivery Issues: If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, report it from My Account or contact our Customer Support team on WhatsApp at +91 96393 90404. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve it promptly.
7. Address Information: Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address and phone number. MEGASKA is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable because of incorrect address details.
8. Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, changes to shipping details may not be possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel it from My Account and place a new one. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
