1. Shipping Destinations: We offer shipping services to all regions within India and various international destinations. For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

2. Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

• Domestic Orders (Within India): We offer standard shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days based on the destination locations. All our orders are despatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

• International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Domestic Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all pre-paid domestic orders irrespective of the order value.
• Domestic Orders : There is a non-refundable shipping and handling charge of Rs 100/- for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.This shipping and handling charges are additional to the product cost. This shipping and handling charges need to paid at the time of placing the order using electronic payment methods such as UPI, card payments, Net banking etc. Once again, we remind you that the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for whatsoever reasons. Please check the size chart before placing the order.
• International Orders: Shipping costs are determined by the destination and the chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and instructions on how to track your package.
• For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves India, depending on the destination country's postal service.

6. Customs and Import Duties:

• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on the destination country's regulations.
• MEGASKA is not responsible for any customs clearance delays, fees, or charges incurred by the recipient.(As we don't have any control over the import or custom duties of the recipient country)

7. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Support team at +91 96509573732for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information. MEGASKA is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer. 

9. Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications to shipping details or delivery methods may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

10. Order Tracking: For easy tracking and order history, we recommend creating an account on our website before placing an order. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your orders and access your purchase history.
