Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

• Size Issues Only: Exchanges are only available for size-related issues.
• Same Style Only: Customers can exchange for a different size of the same style. If you wish to exchange for a different style, a shipping charge of INR 100 will apply.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care via WhatsApp at 9650957372. Our team will guide you through the process.
2. Size Exchange: Specify the size you need. Our customer care will confirm the availability and provide further instructions.
3. The request shall be informed us within 2 days of delivery.
4. We intentionally kept the process manual so that the customers can directly interact with our support team and communicate their problems.

Exchange Process

• Reverse Pickup: If reverse pickup is available in your location, we will arrange it for you.
• Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is not available, you will need to self-ship the item to our warehouse. The return shipment address will be provided by our customer care representative.

Return Policy

• No Returns: We do not offer returns. Please ensure you select the correct style and size before making your purchase.

Refund Policy

Quality Issues

• Refund or Exchange: If there is a quality issue with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange.
• Proof Required: Customers must provide video and image proof of the quality issue, including an unboxing video.
• Conditions: Used, washed, or tag-removed orders are not eligible for any refund or exchange.
• The request shall be initiated within 2 days of the order delivery.

Inspection

• Resaleability: All returned products will be inspected by our team for resaleability. If a product is not deemed resellable, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

• Approval: If a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay.
• Processing Time: It may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. Some variations may occur depending on your banking support provider.
• COD Orders: For cash on delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as Megaska store wallet credit, which can be used for future purchases. COD refunds cannot be given back in cash, as COD is collected by shipping partners.

  Cancellation Conditions

  • Before Dispatch: If your order has not been dispatched, we will hold the order and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
