Exchange, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Megaska! We are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience for women's swim costumes. Please review our policies below to understand the terms and conditions for exchanges, returns, cancellation and refunds.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for size-related issues and only for a different size of the same style, subject to stock availability and approval by Megaska.

Exchange or return requests are not accepted for clearance sale items.

Eligibility

Customers may request a size exchange if:

The request is submitted within 2 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

The requested exchange is for a different size of the same product/style.

The requested size is available.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, exchanges are not available for intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, including:

  • Bras, sports bras, and yoga bras
  • Saree shapewear
  • Bikini sets
  • Swim bottoms
  • Swim caps

Clearance sale items are also not eligible for exchange or return.

Return Shipping Method

Customers may choose either:

Reverse Pickup: If reverse pickup is available for your location, Megaska may arrange pickup after approving the request. A reverse pickup charge of ₹120 applies. Once approved, you will receive a Razorpay payment link for this charge.

Self-Ship: If you prefer self-shipping, or if reverse pickup is not available, you must ship the item to our facility at your own expense. The return address will be shared after approval.

Exchange Process

Submit an exchange request from your account dashboard after the order is delivered.

Select the item, current size, requested size, and preferred return shipping method.

Megaska will review the request, confirm eligibility, check requested-size availability, and approve or reject the request.

After approval, follow the return shipping instructions shared by Megaska.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement item will be processed and shipped.

Forward shipping for the replacement item is free after approval.

Different Style Requests

If you want to exchange for a different style, this is not treated as a standard size exchange. You must self-ship the product to our facility at your own expense, and approval will depend on Megaska’s review and product availability.

Return Policy

  • No Returns: We do not offer returns. Please ensure you select the correct style and size before making your purchase.

Refund Policy

Quality Issues

  • Refund or Exchange: If there is a quality issue with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange.
  • Proof Required: Customers must provide video and image proof of the quality issue, including an unboxing video.
  • Conditions: Used, washed, or tag-removed orders are not eligible for any refund or exchange.
  • The request shall be initiated within 2 days of the order delivery.

Inspection

  • Resaleability: All returned products will be inspected by our team for resaleability. If a product is not deemed resellable, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

  • Approval: If a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay.
  • Processing Time: It may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. Some variations may occur depending on your banking support provider.
  • COD Orders: For cash on delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as Megaska store wallet credit, which can be used for future purchases. COD refunds cannot be given back in cash, as COD is collected by shipping partners.

    How to Request a Cancellation

    • Contact Us: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care via WhatsApp at 9650957372. Provide your order details and the reason for cancellation.

    Cancellation Conditions

    • Before Dispatch: If your order has not been dispatched, we will hold the order and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
    • After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
